The Race-Hub returns policy is valid for 14 days from the receipt of an item.
Please contact us before returning any item. Either email email@example.com or telephone 01474-871114. We will then advice a returns authorisation number. Please note we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number.
Please return the item in the original packaging if possible, wrap the item securely and include your returns authorisation number/authorisation email.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. If we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item has been damaged or is defective prior to use we will refund the delivery cost.
If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, the goods should be refused and signed as damaged returned. When we have received the return, we will then issue either a replacement or full refund.
Returning Unwanted Items:
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. Race-Hub will refund your payment method once the item has been returned, received and processed.
- We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
- We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through your error.
The above Race-Hub Returns and Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights, which are described below.
Your Statutory Rights
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.00.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s normal postal charge – we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge, once we have received and processed the item.

If you wish to cancel a booking or purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
Bookings should be cancelled up to 24 hours before the date on which they are to take place at the Race-Hub centre, Any cancellations made after this time may be subject to an administration fee. Bookings for off-site Race Simulator hire will need to be made 72 hours prior to the agreed date or will also be subject to an administration fee.
